About the North Lauderdale Townhomes Community

Habitat for Humanity of Broward has proudly completed North Lauderdale Townhomes, a transformative affordable housing initiative in Broward County. This new community includes eight beautiful townhomes, now home to eight hardworking families representing approximately 20 first-time homeowners.

Through strong public-private partnerships and 300 hours of sweat equity from each family, North Lauderdale Townhomes is creating lasting stability while strengthening the future of workforce housing in our community.
