
FORT LAUDERDALE (February 15, 2023) – Habitat for Humanity of Broward has appointed Nathan VanDeman as its new Vice President of Housing Development.
VanDeman is no stranger to Habitat Broward, having served on the Acquisition and Development Committee for some time as a passionate member and advocate for the non-profit.
He is an experienced real estate professional with 14 years of working on innovative and noteworthy projects across the country. VanDeman will work to turn acquired land into construction-ready ground for Habitat Broward.

In his other ventures, VanDeman is the Founder and Principal at Resolve from 2018 as well as VanDeman Ventures since 2015. Prior to his current roles, he gained valuable experience at notable landscape architecture and planning firms such as TBG Partners and HGOR.
Additionally, VanDeman sits on the Architectural Review Board for Bal Harbour Village from 2021 to present.
Previously, he sat on multiple committees with the Urban Land Institute for their Leadership Institute; as Project Lead for the Miami DDA Baywalk from 2018 to 2019, and Co-Chair of the Develop & Capital Markets content as well the ULI Young Leaders Co-Chair.
VanDeman graduated from Purdue University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture. He is professionally licensed in Landscape Architecture in the state of Florida.
