FORT LAUDERDALE (August 17, 2023) – Habitat for Humanity of Broward has appointed John Scherer to its Board of Directors.

“John’s track record of success in scaling Gulf Building and his extensive background in the construction industry make him a perfect fit to help lead Habitat Broward’s board,” said Nancy Robin, Habitat Broward CEO & Executive Director. “John’s comprehensive understanding of construction will help us to find new ways to deliver affordable homeownership in Broward County”.
