Habitat for Humanity of Broward expanded its footprint with its first partnership in Coral Springs, marking a significant milestone in the organization’s commitment to workforce housing. This new development included 13 beautiful townhomes, creating homeownership opportunities for nearly 60 parents and children in a vibrant, energy-efficient community.

Through strong public-private partnerships and the leadership of dedicated home sponsors, this Coral Springs community provided long-term stability, economic empowerment, and a pathway to generational opportunity for working families.
